We are always happy to hear from our customers. There are several ways that we can be reached, either via phone, e-mail or simply creating a trouble-ticket in your control-panel (It can be a general question, not only issues).

For creating a trouble-ticket you simply go to your control-panel and login. From there, go to 'Support Tickets' and within that menu, hit 'Submit new support issue'. Fill in the details and send. We will get to issues and questions as soon as possible. If you need to check status you would simply go to the same window and select the created ticket.
